their lashes to do the talking. It has a dual-chamber package that is home to
two wands, one for the upper lashes and another for the lower lashes. The
ingenuity is that the larger brush contains a formula that has been designed to
give instant va-va-voom to the top lashes and the smaller brush, which gets to

formula designed to give the right amount of definition to the bottom ones.
