If your tresses are looking rather worse for wear after the
party season or if you have been run
down after a winter bug and you have more split ends than you care for,
the Kérastase Resistance range is what your damaged, fragile locks could be
crying out for.
Kérastase has always been at the forefront of luxury
haircare fused with scientific technology. I tried products from Kérastase
Resistance in the hope that they would restore my crowning glory and was really
pleased with the results. The line has also been designed to be used on
coloured hair which in itself can have a detrimental effect on the condition.
Bain Force Architecte strengthening shampoo (£19.50, kerastase.co.uk) left my tresses
tangle-free. You only need to use a little so a bottle will last you for ages.
I have lots of baby hair coming through at the moment so I
need to use gentle products and be extremely careful when handling it as I
don’t want it snapping.
I noticed that after using the shampoo and the Ciment Anti
Usure strengthening anti-breakage cream conditioner (£22.90) my hair was
tangle-free and felt good.
Before I styled my hair I used the Ciment Thermique
resurfacing strengthening milk (£22.90) which also offers heat protection as
well as making blow-drying easier. It also has a thermo-seal glazing which
helps to smooth the hair. Indeed, my hair was sleeker and I did not get any
static or fuzzy bits which baby hair can give you.
I also love the Masque Force Architecte (£30.20). This is a
great treatment which worked wonders on my poorly locks. It is especially great
for processed hair or thick locks. I like the fact that you only have to leave
it for a few minutes before you rinse. If it is raining or damp, I use it as a
conditioner as it helps my hair from getting puffy when I go outside. My hair
is fine and it did not make it feel greasy.
Whether you locks are fine and weak or thick, coarse and brittle,
this is a great range and worth splurging out on. I started to reap the
benefits of these goodies from the first use. Another plus is that they smell
divine.
