Spotlight on Clarins Skin Illusion

This is not a paid post. Products are press samples.

Finding a foundation that looks natural yet gives the illusion that you are not wearing anything is difficult. Nobody wants to walk around looking as if they have been caked in make-up.

This is why I like the new Clarins Skin Illusion with SPF 15 which comes in 22 shades (£30). It feels like a serum when you apply it and gives that converted bare skin finish. I like the Nude for my complexion.

It helps protect the skin from pollution and free radicals and blends easily into the skin. This base is also moisturising but is not at all greasy. The light optimising particles mean you get a lovely radiant, dewy look

To get that perfect finish, apply with Clarins Multi-use Foundation Brush (£26) from its new make-up brush collection. They are made from synthetic brush hair and are extremely soft. The flared shape makes it easy to apply the foundation so you get “a your skin only better look”. You can also use it to apply concealer and primers.
