A nude lip always
look polished and can knock years off you. It’s a look that Brigitte Macron,
the wife of the French president, goes for. Finding the right shade
to look like your own lips but better can be tricky. You need to
choose one that is a similar shade to your natural lip colour and not too
opaque. If you go for one that is too beige or too brown it can wash you out.
If, like me, you have a lot of pigment in your lips, finding the right hue is
difficult.

Clinique Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss in Currant, £17.50
If you suffer with really dry, cracked lips you will really be pleased that you discovered this range. My favourite is Currant, a deep violet with a touch of red. This is a gorgeous colour which instantly plumps up your lips. As it is not fragranced, it is ideal for sensitive lips.

Clarins Joli Rouge in Rose Berry, £20
A moisturising lipstick that works well with your natural lip tone. This is a flattering berry shade with a subtle shine. It is comfortable to wear even on my parched mouth. If you want a less intense mouth, mix it with some lip balm.
