Spotlight on TAOH Hydrate Mask

This is not a paid post. Products are press samples.

My dry hair cries out for products that are moisturising and conditioning.

TAOH Hydrate Mask (£25, taoh.co.uk) left my hair feeling silky soft and looking lovely and shiny.

The mask is a cocktail of eight oils including coconut, babassu and argan as well as touch of cSilk liquid made from essential amino acids blended from silk. According to the company’s website, it penetrates the cuticle for intensive hydration.

I tried the mask after shampooing and left it on for five minutes, as per the instructions. However, I had better results when I used it as a pre-shampooing treatment on dry hair. I left it for approximately an hour before heading to the shower. After washing my locks, I used it again as a conditioner.

When I finished blow-drying, I worked a couple of drops of the TAOH Oil (£20) through the mid-lengths and ends to help tame those pesky flyaways.
