This lovely light lotion with an antioxidant complex, has the highest UVA star rating as well as being sand and water resistant. This rubs in easily and dries quickly. Ideal for holidays. Also comes in SPF 30.

A combo of plant extracts and sun filters, it has both UVA and UVB protection. Smells gorgeous and keeps your skin well moisturised. Contains aloe vera. Can also be used on your hair.

Clinique Body Cream SPF 40, £19.50
Has SolarSmart tec which Clinique says: “stabilizes high-level protection against the ageing and burning effects of UVA and UVB rays." Contains antioxidants and absorbs well. Suitable for sensitive skin.
Garnier Ambre Solaire High SPF 50 On the Go Size, £5.99
This non-greasy lotion has an advanced photostable filtration system containing
Mexoryl SX which protects against UVA and UVB rays. Great for popping in your
handbag.
